August 25, 2025Tuscany Ridge is a good community. The area is clean and is kept looking well, not run down. The office staff works with and cares about their residents. The maintenance crew is top level! The office keeps us updated on the community. They also have events and food trucks sometimes which is a nice treat.Property Manager Responded

Former Resident - Looks pretty but isn't the best.
July 19, 2024In 3 years, our rent was raised over $800 from when we first moved there. It also had 3 different owners in those 3 years. The pool is never heated and closed often for repairs. The security gates are often broken and not working for weeks on end. The complex looks pretty on the outside but the units aren't always updated, the carpet is old, and they typically just paint over things. The worst part is that they allow aggressive dog breeds. My small dog was attacked by a bully breed and I had to ...visit the emergency vet. One of the office staff actually blamed me because I took my dog to the vet instead of contacting animal control. I had many neighbors whose dogs were also attacked, and the office did nothing about it but continued to allow bully breeds under the guise of "emotional assistance dogs". In addition, the residents typically don't pick up after their dogs causing us responsible dog owners to have more vet visits for sick dogs. This complex looks pretty on the outside, but it is one of the most overpriced apartments in the city. Ownership does the least amount for the residents.Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2024I do like Tuscany Ridge Apartments, particularly the servicing of them. There have been times that issues have come up and all I had to do was to submit a request and they were taken care of immediately.
