Not bad for the price and location
October 13, 2023The property has gotten much better. I had to understand in any multi family living things won't always be perfect. Brandon the manager takes care of business, Melissa and Ciera go above and beyond. I just enjoy my space, and mind my business. No air conditioning
July 6, 2019The place is horrible, do not look at that price for your rent , leasing office will sent you a water bill of more than $60. the bill is flat , no meter reading just the amount to paid . how it works is they will receive a bill for the entire complex and divide it by the amount of apartment. So basically you paid someone bill's each month guess what the water bill do not have a fix amount it raises each month , don't be surprised just be aware. Now no AC , YES NO AC , think about it maintenance ...will be telling you that it may take a couple of hours before the place get cold. really wet the thermostat is set at 68, Please stay away and look for a better place you paid more , and more every month .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

OMG
April 27, 2018Apartments are ok but don't get fooled by looking at the apartments and prices. The leasing office people gives you very hard time since the day you moved in. They are very very unprofessional and treat the residents very very badly. When the lease gets over, they give you hard time in letting you go by imposing too many fines. I'm giving that one review only for the apartments. Due to the leasing office people rude behavior, you get a feeling that buying a place is so much peaceful than renting ...a place. Monica one of the Office Clerks is Horrible
March 1, 2017Please whenever you call or walk in ask not to deal with Monica. Monica won’t even listen to you. She spreads negativity. I had to always ask to speak to the manager. Tonya and the new manager made my stay great. The Apartment Websites keeps added up your bill even if you already made final bill payment. Paper work is slow. September 18, 2015I am renting a small 1 bedroom from Tuscany Woods apartments. The apartment was clean...although I recommend a GOOD walk through looking for stains, damage & evidence of multilegged inhabitants. The management staff will react as quickly as possible to take care of any necessary repairs, maintenance or "inhabitants". The staff is very flexible with the clients' needs and are great to talk with. They really do seem to care about their tenants.
