April 8, 2023I have lived here since 2022 and so far no major issues after reading the prior reviews majority is incorrect, but one does stand out, which is the lack of communication, and it takes a very long time to reach someone in the office but far as the apartment I literally have no complaints I haven’t witnessed any drug or gang activity or violence. You DON’T want to live here!
February 28, 2022Please know that the majority of the positive reviews below were written by Tuscany employees. This property is TERRIBLE! There is frequent staff turnover, and in my four years here there have been 5 managers. They’re doing renovations to make it look nice, but the property is still poorly managed, there is a constant police presence because of drug and gang crime (there have been multiple shootings here), there’s trash everywhere, including breezeways, and there is dog poop on every available ...patch of grass. July 24, 2019Anyone who would pick up the phone and leave it off the hook you drive five mins because your up the street to be lied to your face that no one answered the phone but as your having the conversation you can hear the echo of your conversation. July 25, 2019Dear Anonymous, We did have a a male client who walked into our office while on his cell phone, he asked why we had him on hold neither the Assistant Manager or Leasing Manager had any calls on hold, the man then left and went to the community right across the street from us. October 9, 2018Do not move here please let this be your last resort. They will find anything to not give you your security deposit back not that it's much. They put the cheapest and used appliances and carpets. They will find a way to say things are damaged to get your deposit and some. October 13, 2017I lived here for 2 years and couldn't wait to move out. My apartment was infested with rats and pest control only came out and laid traps that did nothing. When I went to the office they laughed at me for coming in and complaining about the infestation instead of taking care of it myself. The traps eventually killed about 4 rats but I continued to see more and more which lead me to believe the problem was bigger than I expected. Still management did nothing about it. I lived on the 3rd floor and ...couldn't expect that these rats were coming in from my front door but that there was some other problem. Then when I moved out they didn't send my final bill to my forwarding address they sent it to another address and by the time I received it, it was 30 days past due and sent to a collections agency. They charged me to paint my apartment and I was told it was simply because I had occupied the space for more than a year. I explained how I didn't think it was fair but they didn't seem to really care. It's crazy that a long-term tenant is penalized for residing in an apartment at the term of your lease. After I had to live with rats for about 7 months. Also it is roach infested as well. I would NOT recommend anyone reside here. I have pictures of all the mouse poop found in my closets, underneath the hood of the stove in my pantry and underneath the kitchen sink. I usually don't write reviews but if there is anyone I can help avoid this disgusting living environment I thought should give it a shot.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
