We have officially moved out and our problems are still going on, they are literally squeezing every last penny out of us that they can for our deposit. We left out apartment sparkling, cleaned it all weekend with a group of 5 people and got the carpets done. Lo and behold we are charged to get the apartment re cleaned and the carpets redone. Charged to replace all blinds even though only one set in the living room had damage. The only thing wrong when we left was accidentally leaving some food ...
behind in the cleaned fridge. We had an arrangement to have them do a walk though with us the week before we moved out, no one ever showed. We did not turn in the keys which was our fault and the apartment had to be re-keyed. 30 days come and go and no one reached out to us about the deposit. in Texas it is against the law to not return your deposit within 30 days. I called and was told they would look into it but I should receive a deposit of $45. not much but okay whatever just trying to be done with this. Was told to call back the next week because the office manager would be out of office for the week. called back the day I was told to call and could not reach her, left a message. called the next day and no one would answer my call, tried calling from another number and they answer. office manager is out of office and will be back at one. okay no problem, called at 1:30, she still was not there, called at 3, she was not there left a message again. I called from 3 different numbers because they were ignoring my calls!!!! never got a call back btw. My roommate called and was finally able to reach Erika and was told we actually OWE $15 that she was going to waive for us. We are expecting an itemized receipt. after everything we have been through at this apartment it is just not worth it. we actually had to sleep in our cars when we first moved in because on the DAY OF THE MOVE IN they told us they were not ready for us and we had to wait. Just unbelievable. Things got better towards the ends as far as the fighting goes and the ladies in the office usually try to help once you get them on the phone but as a whole we are so disappointed in this experience.

Hello Brenda! We are sad to see that you did not have the smoothest move-out process. Each of us, as a team, do our best to provide the ultimate experience for our residents each day. The leasing agent you spoke to about the walk through unfortunately had a medical emergency and was gone for a month. She did not relay the message to us before she left. We spoke to Jenna and explained to her the charges. We also told her that it was necessary to return the keys to give us possession of the unit. We reviewed the charges again and they are correct. You were not charged for all blinds. We have an itemized list that we will go over with you if you would please give us a call. Thank you.

Erika (Manager) is so pleasant to work with. She is always willing to help where she can. The maintenance try to stay on top of everything the same day but sometimes they are busy, which is understandable. Never had any major issues in the 3 years we have stayed there. Once new management took over, it seems that things were going more smoothly.

My family and I were supposed to be moving here and they handled us horribly when we initially went in to talk to the leasing agent (Priscilla) she told us the apartment would be ready on the 31st and all we had to do was bring everything we needed that day to get it. We scratch and scrape to get all the money for the money orders she told us to get only to get told by the same person who told us to come with the lease she handed us WITH her signature on it that the apartment was already leased I ...
even called the week before to make sure it was still available and they said it was only for it to already be leased when we get there bright and early the day we were told to come and she lied and said she never told us to come that day which we knew was a lie we had witnesses! When she saw how upset we were she then told us she had a two bedroom coming available soon only to leave and call back up there and another leasing agent tell us they won't have anything for MONTHS out! My husband put in for a transfer and everything only for us to be right back at square one no money no apartment and a baby on the way next Wednesday and now everything is full due to us waiting for this apartment we couldn't get and they keep lying about their vacancies!! Thanks for nothing Priscilla!!

This place is a dump. The grounds are littered with trash and the units are VERY OLD and DIRTY and in need of a lot of work. My unit was filthy upon move-in. The carpet is completely worn out, stained, and torn and management would not replace it. The previous manager even admitted that she had no idea how long the carpets have been in most of the units, but she said "some of them were over 10 years old and they look fine". The walls and trim are stained, peeling paint and beat-up, appliances and ...
fixtures are cheap, old and need replacing. The walls and floors are so thin and porous that you can HEAR and SMELL EVERYTHING your neighbors do at all hours of the day and night. The place is rampant with illegal drug activity as well. Nothing good I can say about this place.

The complex had very poor property management. I ended up cleaning my own apartment for almost 7 hours before move in. Then the company refused to deduct for my time cleaning. Very frustrating experience. Property is now under new management and things have been taken care of in a timely manner.
