December 1, 2019Nice quiet location, plenty of space. It's not brand new so there are some things here and there that need repairs. We really like the property, but the management and upkeep lacks. They want to do as little as possible. Their snow removal is horrible. If you leave for work before Noon you will need to shovel your way out, even though SNOW REMOVAL IS INCLUDED IN OUR RENT! I wonder what they would do if everyone here decided to charge them for doing the snow removal themselves... F.Y.I. most ...people leave for work around here between 5 and 7 IN THE MORNING. That is 5:00 A.M. and 7:00 A.M. or 0500 and 0700. Also, these buildings are pretty nice for their age. If you maintain them properly and don't cheap out on the appearance, they could make the management money for many years to come.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
