Amazing Customer Service
September 6, 2022I've lived at Tuttles Brooke 2 years now. I'm out of state visiting family. Just got a call from management asking if they can move my bistro table & umbrella and balcony flowerboxes. Before I left, I knew they needed to powerwash, but I didn't have anyone who could move them for me and I didn't think to ask. Ellen in the office offered to have the workers move the furniture and plants and put them back! Wow! Outstanding Customer Service. Worst maintenance
April 25, 2021We have raised a complaint about our kitchen sink and no one turned up since a week and now our water heater is not working. Almost all in the community are having maintenance issues and they don’t react immediately or at least after 72 days. Sick maintenance!!!!Review from Apartments.com

Seems that you can't make everyone happy but the staff does their best to get things done in a prompt & timely manner. Great maintenance staff!
October 16, 2017The maintenance staff and office staff are always helpful. Recently our refrigerator was dying and we assessed the problem before any food spoiled. We contacted the office and stated we had an emergency. They sent a person from the maintenance crew to check the refrigerator. Within an hour they replaced the old with a new refrigerator and no food was spoiled. More importantly, my father is a diabetic and on dialysis. August 29, 2016It's a horrible place to live in , very rude maintenance people , no problem is ever fixed . Old equipment, dirty houses carpet full of dust, a/c breaks down every other week and the maintenance doesn't show up as it not 90 degrees outside its just 89 .
