As a current resident, I’ve had multiple ongoing concerns with TwentyOne 15 Apartments that prospective tenants should be aware of.
Most recently, my vehicle was damaged on April 8, 2026, by a tree on the property. This was not an isolated issue—there had been a prior incident involving the same tree about a month earlier. Despite that, it appears no thorough inspection or preventative action was taken. After the second incident, I requested an incident report and insurance information, but I ...
have not received a response.
Beyond this situation, there have been recurring issues with maintenance response and communication. In my experience, concerns are not always addressed in a timely or thorough manner.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering living here to ask detailed questions about maintenance practices, safety inspections, and how management handles resident concerns. My experience has raised serious concerns about both safety and accountability. There are better jusy as affordable apartments near by
