Amazing place to call home. After moving in you will normally find out within 3 to 4 months if a place is the right fit. We are so excited to live here and enjoy our independent home. We have had good experiences with maintenance and Management. Wonderful neighbors. Pool is clean and maintained well. There is always room for improvements as with any rental. Dryer not heating I submitted my request on Saturday 8-1. I know the office is closed on the weekend. Heard from Garrett who was very professional on Tuesday 8-4 advising what issue is a the part would be ordered. I followed up with Ryan to make sure part was ordered and he said yes would be in Friday and he would watch for so could get taken care of Friday. I called Friday 8-7 of course
Had to leave a message. Few minutes later I called back and talked to Dylan who said Ryan was off. Dylan ...
checked and said part won’t be in until late. Now I have to wait until sometime next week. I understand it’s not the fault of the complex for the delay in the delivery of the part. It’s the follow through of the complex. I had this same issue back in December with the dryer. Rent at this complex is very high and my rent went up after the 1st year. I just feel I should be able to get things taken care of in a timely manner. Request placed on Saturday and I hear nothing on Monday. Maybe if the part was ordered a day earlier I could be doing my laundry today at home instead of laundry mat

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I completely understand your frustration, especially with having experienced a similar issue with your dryer previously. While the delay in receiving the part was outside of our control, I understand how frustrating it was to have to wait longer than expected to get the repair completed.
The part was ordered on August 5th and was scheduled to arrive on Friday, August 7th. Unfortunately, it arrived later in the day after the office had closed, which pushed the repair into the following week. I apologize that we weren't able to communicate that update with you sooner.

Great place to live! We love our apartment! Nice layout of rooms, no steps, and nice, clean environment! The surrounding area is well maintained with mowing and pretty flowers. The apartments are well situated close to highway, restaurants and shopping. We've lived in other apartments and this is the best by far!!!

I first have to apologize for previous negatives. AC had been off again and it was another day before I got a room AC. Then another day ( a Sunday) when he worked in the heat all day to fix the unit. He was so nice to inform me what the problems were and why it was taking so long. I have always marveled at how quickly management and maintenance work at both Twill properties here and BA. Love my place Love my home and the grounds. Enjoy walking my dog around. Met some neighbors. My air conditioner does not work that well, Johnny put Freon in but it is warm in there in the afternoon.
