Maintenance never came I submitted a maintenance request last Sunday after I went to do laundry & my dryer wouldn’t start. Here is the following Sunday & I get a notification they want me to review how my maintenance job went. Thing is it never got fixed. No one ever came out! I’ve not got two weeks worth of laundry sitting & waiting to be done. I logged into our resident portal & it looks like they updated my maintenance request to completed when no one has been by. For what we pay this is ...

Maintenance toilet flash handle replacement Joel came shortly after request was submitted and replaced the flush handle on the toilet. He also cleared calcium buildup which caused a backup in the bathroom sink. He was pleasant and professional. Cleaned up the area when he finished. Great staff here at Twill!

We cannot recommend Twill CC enough! These beautiful brand-new, high-end patio homes are amazing! They have all the amenities that the home we custom-built had, but now we don’t have to maintain it or do yard work. Our mini Aussie loves the little yard here, and the 6-foot privacy fence is wonderful. It’s just like having your own little house; as you don’t share ANY walls with any other unit, which is perfect!
The management, office staff, and maintenance employees (Dillon, Yolie, and Jeremy, ...
respectively), are all SO nice and go well above what would be expected to get things taken care of and/or fixed. Our washing machine broke at 9am,(the one that came with the residence), and by 1230pm, we had a brand new one installed and ready to use.
My husband and I plan on being here for the long-term! We love it!!
