Overall this community was just average, it’s in a nice residential area right off the freeway for convenience. The buildings themselves are old and it shows, floors are really creaky, poor plumbing, & not insulated very well AC ran nearly all day leading to high energy bills as much as a house would run you. One big thing I couldn’t stand was the fact that the bathrooms have no exhaust fans yes you do get a window but still upon move in for my “upgraded” apartment there was clearly visible water ...
damage on the cabinets and the bathroom door and you could tell it was just painted over to hide the damage. For my unit being “upgraded” there were a lot of issues cabinets not fully secured and lots of wear and tear. You do get a decent sized storage unit in the basement and the laundry is also down there. Apartment doors also have gaps on the bottom of them resulting in you being able to hear everything coming from the common hallway. Overall this community is old and is in dire need of updates. For the price you pay here you really don’t get any amenities the pool is okay as the bottom of it is covered in broken pieces of concrete so be careful. The fitness center is a joke it’s a tiny room with 3 machines on top of each other. They do have a dog park if you have a dog. Leasing office does no community engagement activities either. Overall I was extremely disappointed in my year here which resulted in me not renewing my lease and going elsewhere. Management is okay, they changed managers in the spring which is good because the previous property manager was extremely unprofessional and not friendly at all she loved doing “annual inspections” and had very strict rules for it. The new manager is much more friendly and inviting.

Great place to live. Grounds are always nice and kept up. Office always keeps residents notified of up coming events.
Apartments are good size and solid. If u need anything the office takes care of promptly.
Come and take a look around you will like it. Stores etc all around area very convenient.

One of my best friends lives here and I fell in love the first time I visited, so when I started looking for an apartment this was the first place I asked about. The people in the leasing office are super, super nice and very responsive. They were very helpful during the application and move-in process, which both went very smoothly. They were so welcoming during my move-in day and the person who does the maintenance was very nice and asked right away if there was anything I needed in my unit ...
(which there wasn’t, I love it! And I wish I could remember the name :( ). I love my balcony, especially for my dogs and the neighbors I met are very nice! My dad loves most of all that it’s inside an actual neighborhood and that the hallways are very well lit at night (being a dad of course lol).

The apartments are nice and spacious, the area is pretty quiet and they’re good with addressing any issues that may arise, however, they are expensive and nothing is included except sewer and water which is still an extra cost outside of rent.

Been here just about a year and have zero complaints!! Apartments are great size, update and the location couldn't be better! So close to downtown Plymouth and literally 1 minute away from the I-275 freeway entrance! Dog park, pool and a gym!

I have been living at Twin Arbors for about eight years. I am very happy here as Twin Arbors has excellent staff- maintenance takes care of any issues very quickly (I had a fridge replaced in a timely manner) and the office staff are also very friendly and helpful when an issue may arise. The apartment buildings are clean. I enjoy using the pool in the summer.

I've lived at Twin Arbors for about a year and a half in a two bedroom apartment. While living there we had a leaky fridge. Maintenance came to look at it and it worked fine for a little bit, but started to leak again. They were very accommodating and replaced my refrigerator for me! The staff have been very friendly and the neighbors have been pleasant too! I would highly recommend moving to Twin Arbors!

Have lived here for almost a year, and everything has been really smooth. Got locked out once at midnight and maintenance came down to help. The toilet and bathtub has backed up once and the dishwasher isn't bolted in, but other than that, the apartment is very clean and nice to live in. No troubles or problems, plenty of space and great finishes. Around a 35 minutes walk to downtown Plymouth, nice to jog and bike around the area in the summer. Really enjoy living here!
