I would give this ZERO stars if I could. From the beginning I have had issues. Management is horrible. The owner loves to hide behind them and not deal with anything. The houses are so poorly made and DEFF not worth the price. Neighbors are extremely loud, you can hear every movement. The rest of the neighbors are all inconsiderate. Everyone who moves in, moves out right after their lease has ended so that in itself should tell you everything you need to know.

We have been living in one for the past 9 months and have had issues since we moved in. We don’t have full functionality of window due to foundation being crooked. Property manager is very unprofessional, talked poorly to me and my partner even to my family members. Would definitely look at all options and really look into the unit you get before signing any leases.
