Very loud obnoxious tenants yell at the pool. Complaining to management resolves nothing. You'll get no peace and quiet.

The New Management is Godly compared to the last managers. The new managers listen to problems and find solutions. The new managers are professional, courtious and very friendly. There's still room for improvement in terms of property conditions. They are currently working on those conditions at a pretty quick and efficient pace. They are remodeling each apartment. They are also improving the appearance of the complex's exterior. For the price it's decent. I've lived here for over a year. I have ...
not had any problems with bed bugs or roaches because I manage a clean environment inside my apartment. They spray pests every three months, inside and out. I don't typically write reviews but I was impressed by how management handled some minor complaints I had. I was also impressed by the amount of work they are doing to the physical condition of the complex. Thanks, y'all have a great day and God Bless.

Horrible apartments to move into!! They are bed bed infested and will try to lie to you about it.. please save your money and furniture! Our apartment always smelled like smoke and they did nothing about it because they let people smoke in them! They are never in the office and nor do they answer their phone ever and they live there. They also have ac problems all the time and horrible management
