Not the best, but its not the worst.

Noise has gone down since 2015 when I moved in. Still active/busy during the day, but has calmed down summer nights compared to before. No one likes hanging outside in the winter, lol. The apartments r decent size 4 the price, 4 all basic utilities r included, like electricity, gas, heat, water. Theres a garbage shoot, maintenance, "security" and elevators. The high rise has no 3,4, or 5 bedroom apartments, so older people and smaller families live in 2111, but across the st, in the sister ...

building its much more active & rowdy. Yet, they do provide 3,4,or 5 bedroom apartments. The school is over crowded and under funded, they can't even occupy the children that r assigned to the school. Some apartments r better maintained than others. Example; mine has constant water damage, while my neighbors in the in a different fl. does not. The bx zoo is near by, the original bx little Italy is also walking distance, as well as the botanical gardens. Fordham University, metro north are also near by.

It is to small for one thing,all time day and night people out front making all kind of racket,selling drugs.I hate it.
