February 7, 2018This apartment complex is very overpriced! They charge you for water and the sewer bill. What apartment expects the tenants to pay the sewer bill? They will not fix anything that breaks in the apartment which is the best thing about renting. They also hit you with a $600 painting bill when you move out! With so many other, better choices why would anyone rent here? Be smarter than I was and rent somewhere else!Review from Apartments.com
Theft, Mold and thin walls!
September 28, 2016This place is terrible! Extremely expensive for such an awful apartment! Dryer broke, kitchen sink leaks. Took a day off work for the fix and was stood up! The walls are paper thin. We hear every step our neighbors make. Ups and FedEx packages have been stolen. Management does nothing. To cap things off, the basement is FULL of mold, it ruined everything in our storage locker! Management's response - everyone needs to clean their storage lockers by the weekend.Review from Apartments.com
