asked me "what do you mean"?. I proceeded to give her some leading questions about the eligibility requirements, application process for starters again she asked me "what do you mean" I told her I found her very UN-professional /UN-business like. Her reply "I am sorry you feel that way". She would not answer any of my questions regarding eligibility requirements, when asked she just kept asking me "what do you mean"? At the end of our conversation I found her to be "very ignorant". If this how she handles all of her inquiries she has the wrong job. Her interacting skills are sorely lacking.. I place a call to management company a left a message for a call back this person needs to be re-trained and accountable for her lack of knowledge or attitude or maybe both I am not sure which. I will be blasting this review thru-out the internet. I may not matter to some but I am confident there are others out there that would not appreciate be treated this way, after all we are the customer's who collectively pay their bills and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect!
