We have just moved to 2 West. There are many, many places to live in Chicago. We chose to live in Two West and have just moved in. We have a beautiful apartment and love "extras" like the your great gym and the swimming pool and area near it. There is no need to say more.

Building has gone significantly downhill. 2 W Delaware has been fo sale since the fall 2023. The owners have decided to put the least amount of maintenance investment possible so things are literally falling apart. We have not have a functioning garage door or lobby entry door for 7 months. The other night ALL the elevators were down. I have heard from former maintenance engineers that we don’t adequately keep up with elevator maintenance. Scary. Also, they used to clean our windows 2x a year. ...
Hasn’t happened in a year and I bet they skip spring cleaning. Mean while, they keep increasing the rents for people that live here and offering deals that are 20% lower to new renters. I can just hope new owners are better.

Wonderful residence, with excellent management and a first rate front desk. Lobby and workout rooms are also great. We love living in this location too!

It’s hard to imagine a more ineptly managed building — Bozzuto has definitely dropped the ball at Two West! Let’s just start with the malfunctioning, broken and missing doorS (that’s right, there are MULTIPLE door issues that haven’t been fixed in MONTHS): 1. The garage door has been inoperable for over 6 months; 2. The main lobby door doesn’t close properly, leaving easy access whenever the concierge is away from the front desk and, thus, creating a serious security risk; 3. The shower door ...
— as well as the entire bathroom — have been under construction and unusable for 2 months with no end in sight, leaving us to live amidst broken shower door glass and layers of dust… Despite all the above issues and others, Bozzuto management has been unresponsive. They repeatedly promise to get back to us but never do. Crickets is all we hear while they continue to collect rent for services and a product they have not and continue to refuse to deliver… We are at our wits end!

The staff have been incredibly sweet and helpful at different times. The building as a whole has been goo to navigate the move-in and the folks here are fairly good to eachother! We are enjoying these early experiences at 2 West!
