Refrigerator My refrigerator is disfunctional. It cant be fixed. It rapidly goes up to the 40s degrees, even 50 degrees and doesn’t come back down for many hours. I can’t keep raw meat at that temperature! It will make people sick! Also, water leaks in the freezer drawer snd ice builds up. Periodically maintenance had to come up, bring a hair dryer and chisel to get the ice out. They have had to do this 4 times since I have lived here. It can’t be fixed!!!!!

The lease renewal process was pretty pathetic. I never got an email or notification about my renewal as I have in years past and which I was expecting to get. If the process has changed that’s totally fine, but I have lived here for 3 years so I was unaware that I should expect anything different. I shouldn’t have to track down my lease. I also addressed several maintenance concerns via email to the leasing office and they were ignored and/or not addressed (and still have’t been). Pretty ...
ridiculous considering this is a “high end” building on the higher end of rent prices.

lightbulb replacement Came right up and replaced the bulbs. My only reservation is that you did not have the exact same size for the replacement bulbs, so substituted ones less bright. No offer of ordering the correct size was made. The person was very nice and did the work quickly.

We have just moved to 2 West. There are many, many places to live in Chicago. We chose to live in Two West and have just moved in.
We have a beautiful apartment and love "extras" like the your great gym and the swimming pool and area near it.
There is no need to say more.
