August 21, 2022The carpet was previously worn upon our move in and management was informed ,but upon move out they wanted to charge for cleaning the carpet as it was the same condition we moved in. We were only in the unit a total of 5 months. There was urine in the elevator, dead bugs in the corridor areas and constant issues with the elevator. They allowed residents from the condos to park in resident parking areas and management allowed it to continue. . It’s Fine
August 9, 2020It’s been okay living here, but there are a few drawbacks and some things that management could improve upon. Yes, the train is very loud at all hours of the night, but eventually you get used to it. One thing that would improve the living experience here is better enforcement of quiet hours. I get that this is hard to do at apartments (with a diverse group of people who may or may not be self-aware and/or respectful of their neighbors) but the sound of screaming kids at the pool every night is ...not cool. Another thing is people don’t clean up behind their pets so you have to be extra careful when walking around on the property. I don’t see the point of the pet ID process if people are continuing to blatantly just not clean up after their pets. The hallways inside the apartment buildings are not well ventilated so it can get very smelly during the summer months. Recently, the hallways have smelled of urine. These are things that the owners can improve upon, and I hope they do.Property Manager Responded

April 23, 2020These apartments are gorgeous!! The staff is great here!! They have gone above and beyond to make moving a great experience. You also can not beat the location!! It is so nice to be within walking distance of so many amazing restarants!! I also love the resident events they hold here!! Resort Style Living!
April 23, 2020Love absolutely everything about living here! The club house area & gym is my personal favorite. A peloton bike subscription is included & the location couldn’t be better. Just Ok
November 6, 2019I have been patient long enough before posting anything negative. I gave up a lot of great amenities at my last place (also new construction) for these apartments. The only pros so far are the closer commute to work and a slightly bigger apartment. It has not been a smooth transition. Among a few other issues- It’s been almost 6 weeks and I haven’t been able to use my dryer. After 2 brand new dryers (thank you Lowe’s!) and going back and forth with maintenance it was discovered that my apartment ...does not have a dryer vent. It has been a huge inconvenience in a few ways! The sheetrock or a/c people were supposed to be here this week to make a vent. Monday was a great weather day and they didn’t come by. The excuse yesterday was it rained and today/rest of the week it may be raining, too. When will I get a vent so I can use my dryer?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
