Horrible Place To Live
June 4, 2024Maintenance and management are totally incompetent, maintenance requests do not get fulfilled, or if they do its very poorly. The entire complex is infested with BED BUGS AND ROACHES that management refuses to acknowledge or do anything about. Don't believe any positive reviews you hear about this place, you'd be better off in a motel.Review from Apartments.com
POSITIVE CHANGES
April 27, 2021This apartment community has done a 360* now that it's under new ownership. Love the staff the complex manager is awesome and treats everyone with the upmost respect with an open door policy. Maintenance is great they get your issues fixed quickly. The whole place got a facelift with new roofs, paint on exterior. Kitchen, bathrooms and floors have been remodeled. Going on 4Yrs. ago I would have never recommended this complex. Now I Proudly recommend this as a home even if it's just a stepping ...stone. We even have a security company that watches over the so that you may sleep peacefully at night. I read some disturbing reviews about bedbug issues. I can say personally that we have never had any issues with such things. And it is my personal opinion that any such problems left with the previous owners. We have an excellent pesticide company with regular treatments as well as when you feel like you might need an extra treatment. And for my favorite on site amenity. POSITIVE CHANGES
April 27, 2021My wife and I have lived at Windtree Apartments for going on four years. When we first moved in we got what we paid for and it was not a feeling of home to us. Since the take over the management team seems to really care about it's tenants. I have even seen the Manager as well as the other office staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can in this time of financial hardship. As far as the maintenance crew goes they do an amazing job as well. Any problems we have had have been taken care ...of in a timely manner with smiles on there faces. For example are kitchen was remodeled in three days once started and what a beautiful job. I have to say it's so nice to see money put back into the property like they have including new roofs, paint jobs on the entire exterior of the property, upgrades to the pool and surrounding area, nightly security patrol and for those like me with a wife directly connected to Amazon they have installed an Amazon Hub system for those who might worry about leaving packages on there front door. Above average living conditions
April 2, 2018Apartment living has its ups and downs. I’ve never been a fan of them but Windtree is one of the nicer ones available in the area. I’ve been a resident for over 8 months and haven’t had many problems. I’ve never felt threatened or in any kind of danger. Should be a safe place to bring your family and stay long term. They don’t jump you on the rent year after year like some places do. ALERTA A TODOS ES EL PEOR LUGAR PARA RENTAR
January 25, 2018Windtree apartment es el peor lugar donde puedas vivir, es un lugar lleno de drogadictos, prostitutas y alcolicos por mencionar algunos detalles. Esto incluido a la adminitracion q te roba el deposito a la hora d cerrar el lease. No se lo recomiemdo a nadie. Los apartamentos estan llenos de pulgas d gatos y cucarachas. Las noches son intensas pq no puedes dormir por las peleas d los vecinos. La policia esta el día entero en esos condominios. No es un lugar seguro ni para ninos ni para nadie. La ...prostitucion es el pan nuestro d cada dia. Te tocan la puerta preguntando por ese servicio al igual q no puedes estar en los pasillos pq la peste a mariguana te emborracha. Los empleados de la oficina te ocultan las trabas del lease y el dia q t vas no t dicen nada d los cargos q t ponen y t lo envian por correo a tu nueva dirección como para no darte el frente. La señora Wendy jefa del cartel de ladrones d la officina no dio el frente el dia q se le llamo para q respondiera sobre esto. El resto d los empleados solo t dicen q ellos t entienden pero no pueden hacer nada. Son unos estafadores. Por otra parte los alerto q ellos tienen otra llave d tu apartamento donde entrar sin previo aviso para q no los coja d susto, con el cuento de mantenimiento no tienes privacidad. Yo puse camaras en el interior del apartamento pq un dia note q habian cosas regadas cuando yo vivia solo y sabia como las habia dejado y pude ver como entraban al apartamento sin autorización, cuando llame a la oficina me (dijeron q esa era como mi hogar pero no mi casa y q ellos podian hacerlo cuando lo necesitaran) Por eso les alerto d todas estas cosas impropias he indeseable q hacen este complejo d apartamento. ES UNA ALERTA DE ALGUIEN Q VIVIO ESA TERRIBLE PESADILLA. NO SE LA RECOMIEMDO A NADIE. Solo comparto unas d las tantas inregularidades q se viven alli. Compartanlo y no permitan q nadie tenga q lamentar esta pudrición social q alli se vive. Merecemos algo mejor, merecemos q nos den por lo q pagamos pq baratos no son. January 23, 2018After signing my lease and moving in 20 days ago I was TERRIFIED after reading these negative reviews. However, I noticed most of them were over a year ago, when they were under different management. I’m still new here, so maybe I don’t have all the details, but the management crew I encountered seemed very likable and professional to deal with. My move in transition was very smooth. All the appliances work, and it looks like there was some renovations done to the apartments. They are ...comfortable to live in.
