Really nice, renovations inside and out
June 5, 2020Our place had new flooring everywhere and the bathrooms were updated. It was clean when we moved in. The best thing about the townhomes is I'm able to park right outside our front door. They are pretty good with the snow plowing and upkeep they usually respond within a day.Review from Apartments.com
Worth the money
September 26, 2015I lived there 2014-2015. It was way better than my last university apartment. Sure, you have to live with 4 other people, but the price is worth it. It is spacious enough for 5 people and having 2.5 bath definitely helps. There were maybe 2 times when I needed a shower and both were taken. The living room is huge and the kitchen is decent. The repairs aren't done quickly, but they never are any apartment you live in. We got most of our money back from the security deposit. They did take $30 out ...beause of "cleaning" which is because my roommates never cleaned anything the whole year. Close to campus, you can either take the bus, which comes every 20 mins or so, or walk. If I didn't graduate, I would have lived there again. You seriously can't beat what you pay. $525 for all utilities, washer and dryer, cable and internet, and a large apartment.
