    My daughter has leased an apartment here for the last two years. I wouldn't want her to be anywhere else! The property is great, the staff is amazing, and we absolutely love it here!! I recently spoke with the property manager Laura and she is an absolute delight!

  • Love living here

    Me and my friends love living at Ursa! The free shuttle service is so convenient bc parking on campus can be tough! I also love the upgraded study rooms which are open 24/7 and even have free printing available so I don’t have to go to campus. Ursa is a safe, affordable apartment and I will definitely be staying here until I’m done with school.

    Another parent recommended these apartments to us and we couldn’t be happier. The staff has done a really great job at keeping up with the property, we’ve had no issues with maintenance and they seem to really care about their residents. It’s tough finding good housing these days but I’d definitely recommend Ursa.

  • Lived at URSA for 2 years

    The first year in a town home was fine, the second year in a flat was less enjoyable. Unclean rooms when we moved in, broken applicants and week to month wait times to get things fixed made for a very unpleasant move in.

    It is an absolute joke to call this place an apartment complex. URSA towed my sons car even though he lives there! He registered his car when he first began his lease. Management was very immature and rude towards the situation and made my son pay 300 dollars to get his car out! Their “gated community” is also a joke. The gate has been open for months! The place is extremely unkept and when I visited for game day there was broken glass all over the complex. He said it’s been there for weeks! I ...
    would rather have my son dorm again than stay at an apartment complex like URSA. Don’t move your children here!!
