A better place than a lot of apartments nearby

Good place with a lot of stray cats you can play with and feed. After moving, minor repairs needed and repairman came quickly (came in the next day). Met a bunch of good friends here. Also, the appliances here are good brands like Bosch and they are reliable. Interior design is modern and with a few plants, you will enjoy your days here.

Union Flats is horrible. Their staff is incredibly rude and always say that they are short staffed so they cannot handle any requests. They use any excuse to increase rent. They increased rent by 5% this year (the maximum legal amount) with no reasoning provided and pet rent by 8%. They are taking advantage of the poor housing situation in the area.

We loved living at Union Flats during the beginning of our lease, however, things changed once there was a staff change. Our move out experience was awful and very frustrating. There was no communication from any of the Union Flats staff leading up to the move out process or during. We had to reach out every time we had questions and follow up. When we did get a response, it seemed condescending and as though we were an inconvenience. We were shocked at the amount of charges we were given ...
against our security deposit and it seems as though they nickel and dime you. As long as the lack of communication and the move out process doesn't improve, I would not recommend renting from Union Flats and I will never rent from them again.

Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to ensure that everything is going smoothly for you. As far as the community itself, you really can't ask for more. It's safe, clean, well kept, and everything is new. The closet space is unreal. My walk in is like an entire extra room. The community is very quite. I've never had any issues with hearing my neighbors. My bedroom window faces the parking lot so I do hear cars but I have a ...
sound machine for night time and I sleep like a baby. There is absolutely no issue with parking. Also, the roads and walkways get cleared right away when it snows. The maintenance guys are great. I put in a request for a leaking faucet and they were at my apartment in about an hour. The location is a short distance from the city it takes about 10 minutes to get to Harrisburg and is right in the middle of all the shopping grocery stores. Very glad I chose to live here

There's so much I could say about how much we love living at Union Flats. The apartments have an open floorplan with lots of modern touches. There are a lot of top-notch amenities (clubhouse, pool, firepit, fitness center, business center, dog park, playground, and social events throughout the year). The staff are friendly and responsive. It's a pet friendly community. Everything is well taken care of. It's in a great location, close to everything yet it feels like it's off the beaten path.

Brand new community! Safe, clean, dog friendly with onsite dog park.
They even have a secure place within your building for your packages.
The staff are wonderful - helpful, friendly, attentive and efficient.
The community of tenants seem to be wonderful. Everybody is respectful and polite. The location of the community is perfect.
I can't think of any complaints whatsoever.
By far, one of the best places to rent in the local area! I would highly recommend this community to anyone.
