Our sewer backed up 4 times in the 2 yrs we were here..
February 23, 2026We're on the bottom floor and our sewer blocked up 4 times...pipes are 65 yrs old...when your toilet doesn't flush and water starts coming up though your tub, 4 ins high, that's cause for concern. The emergency # is in Houston Tx. They ask you what state your in...very comforting. Down the end of the hall, sewage water covered the the hallway. The guy in the last apartment said he's been flooded out 4 times now. Everybody I talk to can't wait to get out of here...especially us!!Property Manager Responded

Great staff
February 3, 2025Staff is great! Most neighbors are amazing. The walls are thin, the floors creak, the hallways echo, and I can hear my neighbors sneeze or cough. You can hear people talking in their apartment from hallway or in the room near them. We are currently in the middle of a creaky stomping neighbor above and a have to listen to everything so loud our shelves shake from the bass and noise of whatever they watch or listen to.Property Manager Responded

Great Management and office staff
August 8, 2024I moved in a few weeks ago after having to find a place to live for my son and myself last minute (long story). Any who Vida was an answered prayer! She was kind and very helpful. But most important she was able to get us into a nice place quick! Genea (the property manager) also approved me moving in earlier! Shoutout to them!!! Every morning while leaving for work I see the guys working to keep the property clean. Needless to say, I am very happy! Management is a revolving door
November 6, 2023Most positive reviews are from a period of time when Linda was working here, but management is a revolving door and Linda was very much an outlier due to being a very competent and caring worker. The current staff is completely and utterly inept. They refuse to communicate with you in any way, you will not get a response from them unless you visit the office in person. Serious issues are completely ignored. I haven't been able to sleep through the night in over a month due to a malfunctioning ...heating system causing a water hammer and they refuse to address the issue. Maintenance says they don't know how to fix it and management refuses to hire a contractor. Absolute hellhole full of incompetent staff who refuse to do their jobs or even communicate with their residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great Staff and Apartment
December 2, 2022I moved to union grove last December. The staff I've interacted with from the head office as well as maintenance were a pleasure. Everyone living in the area was very nice and made the atmosphere feel like home. Best Apartment Living Experience
November 2, 2022I moved in to Union Grove Apartments in 2019 and I have to say that it has by far been the best apartment living experience. I have lived in Atlanta, Miami, and rented in both states and nothing compares to my experience here. Frankie and Jackie were amazing in making sure I got everything I needed and all my issues were resolved. Linda stepped in when the Management changed and it was seamless. The service was still impeccable. I truly loved my apartment. I do wish the outside of the building ...was more appealing but overall I loved it here.
