Nice Apartments, Terrible Internet

The apartments are nice, but you have to use their Internet Service Provider (GigStreem). While it is convenient not having to worry about setting up your internet, the network here is terribly unreliable. I'm on the phone with tech support almost every week dealing with connectivity issues. I decided to finally write a review today because we are currently on our 3rd day of a network outage that no one seems to be able to fix. Union House Apartments is an amazing Community with lots of great amenities the location is convenient to the DFW and surrounding communities. The Office and Maintenance Staff are amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Jasmine and she was awesome finding me the perfect place. The Maintenance Staff are very fast and efficient with work orders and the Community is very close to a lot of shopping.

It’s been good. The people are nice and the apartment itself is nice and cosy and perfect for our family. The gym is amazing as well. Great place for our pets. People just need to pick up after their pets.
