The most uncomfortable experience

I went in 6/5 to get information and tour the property. It was unpleasant and unwelcoming from the beginning. The first guy didn’t greet with a smile or introduce himself or act like he wanted to answer questions. When asked to tour the property I was told I had to provide paystubs to see if my income qualified before touring. He directed me to the computer to print. I did and gave the to him. When he brought them to the lady I could hear her questioning if I actually worked that much and did he ...
see me print them. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to print another and stood over me as I logged in and made me screenshot and print the screenshots with all of my paystubs. I was then told I needed to provide proof of date of hire. She also rudely was talking and texting while “helping” me as if my time was not valuable. At the end I still was not able to tour the apartment because I could not find how to print date of hire for all jobs and she “needed” another paystub. This was a ridiculous amount of personal information and hovering to tour a property. They definitely need friendlier staff.

Been here a year now. I am very clean. New neighbors moved in next door a few months ago and brought roaches with them. They have traveled to my unit. I have complained over and over. Im clean and these are new apartments! People in office aren't doing anything about it. They lie about pest control coming.

Now it 's March 2022 and now they don't have anything available til 2024. Everyone needs to get on the same page because there's wayyyyyyyyyyyy too many mixed messages going around this place. For those who've been calling, I did the same thing then I just stopped by the office. This is when I started hearing all these ...
different dates and years. Another time I stopped by the office and the lady at the desk where you're allowed to put your name on the wait list was very rude. I'm not sure if it's a Georgia thing but they definitely need to learn some customer service skills!! The entire office staff has poor customer service! No one is helpful when you FINALLY get someone to answer the phone. They are very passive and dismissive to your concerns. They have a wait list with NO ORGANIZATION. No one can provide you with any information. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I’ve called and called back to back and they tell me July is when they’ll be opening up applications for 2 br apartments. Call July 1st and say they won’t have anything until October now ? When I ask can I do an application it’s “ No we can’t until we finish building” to stop misleading people they should have waited to open the complex until the entire complex was finished

I have been calling for months not to mention the automated texts to “schedule a so called tour” and the forms that includes your name, number , and email address! No one has called nor even sent a email there is 3 different numbers and not a single soul answers them but the automated man! This is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL, STRESSFUL, AND RIDICULOUS! Trying to get through is like a second job!! If you got through consider yourself lucky!!!!!
