As a tenant at the Union South Bay luxury apartments for the past 5 years, I can say with the utmost confidence that the "Sensational Six" staff - Marleni (Property Manager), Leslie (Assistant Property Manager), Michelle (Leasing Specialist), Victor (Maintenance Specialist), Fernando (Maintenance Specialist), and Anthony (Maintenance Supervisor) - have consistently gone above and beyond to make my living experience comfortable and enjoyable.

truly remarkable. Whenever I've had any issues or concerns, they have responded quickly and efficiently to resolve them. I often have to travel for work for extended periods of 9 months at a time, and I can always count on the Sensational Six to carefully watch over my unit and ensure everything is in perfect working order - from the smoke detectors to the air filters. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my home is in such capable hands while I'm away serving our country.
The Union South Bay complex itself is a true oasis of luxury. The amenities are simply sensational - from the Olympic-sized pool with relaxing poolside hammocks, to the large jacuzzi spa, the modern two-story gym, and the expansive rooftop with its breathtaking views of DTLA, the Hollywood Sign, and the Palos Verdes hills. The pet-friendly features, like the dog washing station, are also a wonderful touch. And the apartment units are designed with the utmost care and attention to detail, featuring modern appliances, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning. It's the epitome of comfort and sophistication.
Thanks to the Sensational Six staff, I have been able to truly enjoy and appreciate all that the Union South Bay has to offer. Their unwavering professionalism and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction as a tenant have made this complex feel like a true home. I will undoubtedly continue to reside here until it's time for me to purchase a home of my own. The Union South Bay and its remarkable "Sensational Six" staff have my highest possible recommendation.
