Mold problems& extremely poor management

I’ve lived here for 3 years now & used to absolutely love it. But ever since the change in management companies it is an absolute nightmare. Management is extremely unresponsive to any and all problems. The majority of the building has extreme mold issues that they have continuously failed to address and actively ignored. They will take days to weeks to respond to any concerns, if they ever respond at all. They have threatened to throw packages away that have been in the mail room for no more ...
than 2 days. They charge luxury prices while providing less than luxury standards. Save your money & go with ANY other building in Germantown.
