Amazing location, really nice furnishings and appliances. Good space for the price. A bit of a ‘backrooms’ vibe, but it’s a rlly good home base.

Alley is a pretty good apartment for students, the apartments themselves are quite large! You're close to campus and a bunch of food places. My only complaint is that I wish there were more amenities at Alley but at least your key gets you into the other communities amenities. I love spending Summer at the roof pool next door

It is a nice apartment in a convenient location but the layout of some of the apartments are set up a little weird and not a ton of kitchen space. When we moved in our washer, dryer, and oven didnt work but maintenance fixed it quick.

The apartment is amazing. The staff and the maintenance crew have been wonderful and very helpful when needed. The amenities here are also incredible. I wish there were more events/opportunities to meet the other people that live in the building!
