The apartments and the amenities are nice, however the management is abysmal (e.g., rude and dismissive), particularly and most importantly showing complete disregard for the safety of the residents. They would move residents who are threatening and aggressive toward roommates from one apartment to the next, covering up these problems and siding with the problematic individual, vs taking steps to ensure psychological and physical safety. They seem more preoccupied with retaining residents and not ...
losing money no matter what these individuals do and how they behave toward others. It is impossible to feel safe in our own apartment! We will absolutely NOT renew the lease. Stay away from this place despite the great location.
