New owner wants to bring in a higher class of tenets but does nothing to actually repair problems. They plan a large rent increase but nothing has been done to warrant it. Cutting down the trees the city wanted cut doesn’t warrant a rent increase. There is mold everywhere, each unit has mold problems. The washers and dryer’s are terrible. Fix the mold,fix the washer and dryers fix the lack of privacy since the owners took down the 6ft fence and replaced it with a 3ft fence. I hate that everyone can now see into my living-room. You don’t feel protected anymore.
