Orlando public transit bus stop at the property. 3. Free services for 400 Mbps high speed internet and 100+ HDTV channels. Modem, HDTV set-top box, and router are also included at no extra charge. 4. We are not a student housing. We are a private apartment complex where you rent the whole apartment by yourself. You pick your own room-mate, if you want one. You may add your mate's income to qualify. 5. Co-signers are accepted, if you do not qualify based on your income and/or credit history. 6. Free car parking.

Convenient and affordable
December 22, 2025Living in university apartments for almost four years has been a blessing for our family. My son is a UCF student, and being just a short walk from campus has made our experience even better. I highly recommend it to parents like me who choose to move to Orlando from Miami. Perfect for Students
December 4, 2025Lived here for a little over a year and had a good experience. The manager is very kind and always attentive to any problems we had and maintenance was always very quick. The rent is very reasonable and very close to UCF, making it perfect for students. The buildings are older and there are issues that come with that but I feel like everything else offsets that. Perfect Solo Unit for a College Student
November 22, 2025I lived at University Apartments for five years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s right in front of UCF, where I completed both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees while living here. There are plenty of amazing food options in the area, and parking was never an issue, which is rare for Orlando. The price was very affordable, the bedroom was spacious, and the full apartment layout offered far more room than I expected. The website truly doesn’t ...do these units justice — they’re even better in person. The maintenance team deserves major appreciation. During my first week, my toilet was flushing slowly, and they arrived three minutes after I called. I was shocked, especially since my previous apartment took days to respond to brown water. It was a huge relief to have even small issues addressed so quickly here. The management team is equally impressive. They foster a real sense of community, stay professional, keep residents updated on local events, and even help residents access free goods, free food, or opportunities to sell items and services. Their involvement genuinely makes the complex feel cared for. The only reason I moved out is because my family simply outgrew the space. If not for that, I would have stayed without hesitation. The location is very practical — within walking distance to UCF and close to shopping options like Walmart and other stores. The premises are clean and consistently well-maintained. Well maintained Apartments with Professional staff
June 10, 2025I strongly feel that one of the best and prudent decisions I took was to prefer University Apartments when I moved with family to Orlando in October last year. I started searching for a suitable accommodation near UCF and I called the office at University Apartments and the staff were very cooperative. After I spoke with Mr. Eshrak, Manager of University Apartments and I was very pleased with his positive and helpful attitude. He was so cooperative that when I arrived in Orlando along with ...family he himself was physically there in the office on a weekend late evening to handover the key and even advised not to waste my money by staying in the hotel for 2 weekend nights. He was such a gentleman. It is very difficult to find such understanding and empathetic managers in today's world. He and his staff are very prompt and always available in attending to solve any issues and problems very professionally with a human touch. His level of understanding and ability to patiently listen to the problems and the way he resolves is really outstanding !!!.
