It's in a good location, and has some good community aspects but other than that it's just been one problem after another. I moved into this place because I ended up staying in Waco a bit longer than expected and I was in desperate need of a one bedroom apartment for a decent price. The staff is friendly, but maintenance isn't given a big enough budget to fix apartment issues effectively, so they have to keep coming back for constant repairs. the time and there's a leak in my shower faucet that continues to run up my water bill. I have to mention, though, that's there's also a terrible cockroach infestation and it's been an absolute nightmare. Pest control has come every week for the past month and a half and I still can't get rid of them. Also, none of the one bedroom apartments have washer and dryer units or even hook ups, so I have to use the laundry facility. I was fine with that until I realize they leave the door open 24/7 which attracts a ton of bugs, and it obviously isn't regularly maintained. I don't typically write poor reviews but I'm just trying to share my honest experiences to help the next person out. I know there are plenty of places that could still be worse, but bottom line it's just an old complex. I definitely wouldn't recommend these apartments for more than a six month lease.
