University Court, Inc. is run by a 7 member Board of Directors all of which are residents in the coop and have a deep rooted interest in the well being of all the Shareholders. We emerged in the aftermath of the Newark Riots, to give our Shareholders a sense of ownership and pride in their community. University Court, Inc. has been able to offer the lowest carrying charges in the area all while maintaining our Non- Profit Status.
