May 7, 2020After looking at a million places, I am so happy I chose University Courtyard. Everyone who works here seems truly happy and kind. You get the sense that people really do care about your well-being and happiness. The women in the lobby are so welcoming and have been quick to answer any question I've had. Love it Here!
May 6, 2020I have lived at University Courtyard for the past two years. I've really enjoyed my experience. Its still close enough to campus to walk, but they also have a shuttle that drops you off at different points throughout campus. There is also a pool that is open during the summer and a fitness center that you can use at anytime. The maintenance team is super helpful and completes your work orders in a timely manner. Great location to OU!
May 5, 2020University Courtyard Apartments are a great option for off campus housing for OU students! You can still walk to campus from this apartment complex but there is a shuttle that runs during the school year. Prices include utilities and are the most reasonable in the area. I can't wait for the gym to open back up and love the pool during the summer. There are some new staff members in the office who have been super helpful. August 6, 2015Student living at its finest. All inclusive rent that includes electric, waste, water, and basic cable service. Friendly considerate management that is willing to work with students achive their first apartment experience. Gym is well equipped to accommodate the beginer to the experienced gym goer with up to date treadmills, weight equipment, and exercise bike. Pool is clean, and offers a grill area along the patio. Computer lounge offers single rooms for quite study sessions, and printing ...machine offers free printing.
