I had a mostly positive experience living in this apartment. The apartment itself was in good condition when I moved in, and the layout was comfortable and practical. The rooms had enough space, the appliances worked well, and the unit received a good amount of natural light. I also liked that the building and common areas were generally kept clean.

I absolutely loved UC Pullman I am very sad to go. The only real complaint I have is the charges I would get and how that side of things is a bit unorganized.

The apartments are well maintained, and whenever I have had questions or concerns, the staff has been helpful and responsive. I appreciate the amenities available to residents, as they make day to day living more convenient and enjoyable. The amenities are very nice. My biggest issues are parking and how utilities are split. Sometimes there is poor communication with the office; however, very nice people.

I loved my experience here at UC Pullman! I only give it a 4 star because it did not feel as homey as I thought the design layout was going to be. The pool and the hot tub were great though and entering and exiting the complex was super easy. Parking though is a bit of a pain with there barely being enough spots at the moment with all the vehicles in the lot.
