March 6, 2026Nice location and apartments. However there is poor communication with the office as well as the office having troubles with the utility company. There has always been issues with the utility company and some months it will be fine but others you will get double or even triple charged because they forgot to send out the fees. This is not the apartments fault but it also kind of is because they stick with this company that is burdening residents.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2026Overall very nice, but some amenities such as the study rooms have been taken away due to construction and the pool is not always fully maintained when it comes to being clean.
