March 30, 2026I have lived here two years. The appliances have had issues (which isnt great as they are new). The utilities are not metered which sucks since you are effectively paying for everybody's utility usage. Outside of that the apartment is fine.Property Manager Responded

March 29, 2026It's fine, the best part about it is the maintenance team, staff is pretty nice overall. Cons are the smell from trash being left out, lack of "strict policies" regarding parking and trash that was promised when I signed the lease.Property Manager Responded

March 6, 2026Nice location and apartments. However there is poor communication with the office as well as the office having troubles with the utility company. There has always been issues with the utility company and some months it will be fine but others you will get double or even triple charged because they forgot to send out the fees. This is not the apartments fault but it also kind of is because they stick with this company that is burdening residents.Property Manager Responded
