May 29, 2025It has been super good. The parking situation sucks. The fact that there in not enough parking spots and I am having to walk far at night from my car isn't the best. Also the no guest parking annoys me. There should be a designated space for guests so no one gets the sticker on their car that causes property damage in my opinion. Going to the front desk is very inconvenient everyday for a friend.Property Manager Responded

May 19, 2025Generally solid. But I think the hot tub rules are a bit strict. 10:00pm is an early close. And when the doors lock immediately behind you, it makes it so that if you forget something, you’re stuck. Also, the door that leads inside being locked is a little silly, I bring my friends over to the hot tub and they have to take my keys and go all the way around.Property Manager Responded

May 11, 2025I loved living here. Such a convenient location — quick walk to campus, gym, and Cougar Market. I loved the amenities provided. April 1, 2025I haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve toured UC Crossing and interacted with the staff—and so far, I’m seriously impressed. The place is super clean, modern, and well-maintained. The units look spacious and come fully furnished, which is a huge bonus. I really liked the layout of the apartments and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The amenities like the pool, hot tub, and gym are a big plus, and everything looked well taken care of. The staff have been super friendly, professional, and ...quick to answer all my questions, which made the whole process smooth and easy. From what I’ve seen so far, UC Crossing seems like a solid, comfortable place to live and I’m really looking forward to moving in.
