We have made many improvements to improve the WiFi consistency and speeds by increasing them more than 6x their old rates and upgraded/added many new pieces of equipment. Solid place to live that's close to campus and 4th ave. It's considered a "Quite complex" so they don't allow parties. Apartments are alright, although I keep the place clean and have had a good amount of roaches, that comes with Tucson and not much can be done. Major complaint is the Wi-Fi if you have an important test go to campus to do it. The Wi-Fi is unreliable and super slow (5 Mbp/s) most steaming for any online class will take much longer. Management is okay.
