The apartment i got is in bad conditions, it is not what management mentioned to us. Cockroaches, leaks, mold and many other details. Maintenance and management are fully aware but haven’t seemed too eager to fix it. I don’t even think the maintenance team are qualified to fix half of the stuff that’s wrong! Please read the google reviews before even thinking on applying here. Horrible customer service and hard to work with. Not worth the price:(

Those apartments are in poor condition: there are cockroaches, the air conditioning doesn't work, and the management mistreats tenants when they go to report an issue. I recommend that you do not rent there; | lived there for a year, and it was one of the worst things I could have done.

Very friendly neighbor hood, office staff is super nice and friendly, has great space. The fire place in the apartments is by far my favorite. On site laundry is always clean! Pool is open year round and very well maintained. Well taken care of community.
