i liked my stay
April 12, 2024Lived here for eight months before deciding to move. I have nothing bad to say about the apartments. It is as advertised. More space than you probably believe. The leasing office has some really cool people that I got to chat with on a personal level on a couple of occasions. No extra fees. Nice dog park for dog owners. I like that the laundromat is only for the University mall apartments. The walls are a tad thin. If you’re sitting in your apartment pretty quiet you can start to hear other ...conversations that aren’t that loud. Overall i liked my stay at the apartments, for this being my first time living on my own. June 7, 2021Management is great here!! It’s apparent that they care for their tenants and want them to be comfortable! I was in a one bedroom with a pet and girlfriend (majority of the time) and the ONLY issue is that it was just smaller for my liking. Other than size everything is great! Amazing
February 6, 2020I've lived here for about half a year and the property owner is so kind. the aparmtents are newly remodeled and look AMAZING! all of our friends love how homey and amazing our apartment is (especially cuz we're still in college!) Me and my Fiance share a one bedroom and the only thing not included is the electric bill and ours ranges from $30-$40 usually. Also super friendly with animals! They do pest control every other month, I've never seen a bug the entire time! The internet is super fast ...too! Security cameras all over the lot, a dog park, laundry facility on site! Oh and it comes with a free gym membership that's literally across the street and open 24/7 and is HUGE! Best gym in Carbondale, no doubt we choose to go there over the REC center on campus. You won't be disappointed in choosing this property. We hunted for MONTHS and toured SO MANY apartments and this one was a no- brainer for us.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
