I have enjoyed my time here at University Manor I don’t feel just like another tenant. The staff is always very helpful they go above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. The maintenance team is always fast. I have never lived in a more quiet apartment building. The 24 hour staff is also a great piece of mind! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live.

I have lived at University Manor for over a year now, and I absolutely love the complex. It is walking distance to campus and has several shops on the hill that are very convenient. It's also a quiet building and very well kept. The laundry facility is very easy to use and the extra storage in the basement is an additional bonus. The staff and maintenance crew are very respondent and is always ready to help with questions.
Definitely recommend living here!

UM is such a great place to live! The people are so friendly, and the building is a beautiful place to call home :) The staff is really cool; the building manager Madi has a warm and welcoming personality. She's open to new ideas and suggestions, and is always looking for new ways to improve UM. Plus, the rent is very reasonable with fixed all inclusive utilities that you won't find anywhere else. Me and my fiancé and lived here for 1 year now and plan to live here 2 more for sure! We seriously love it! It’s so close and convenient, to campus, the hill, and local restaurants. The staff is so nice and helpful whenever we need it. The bedroom and living room are extremely spacious and that’s what we enjoy. We have two cats and really like they are able to be here at low cost per month!! I highly recommend you live here!!

University Manor is a great place to live whether you have a family, are a college student with a roommate, or live alone. You see all kinds of families/people in this residence, and they all seem happy. Everyone is friendly so you never feel unsafe with where you live. I have lived here for going on three years, and I could not have picked a better first place to live. They are always updating things to keep it above satisfactory for tenants. get into the building you need your a specific key otherwise it will not let you in. This helps keep people who do not live here out, and gives tenants a great sense of safety. The neighborhood is right next to the hill which has a lot of bars, so sometimes on weekends at night if your windows are open you can hear people yelling and having a good time, but it's nothing closing your windows doesn't resolve. It's only a few blocks from UNI so if you are planning on attending there this is the perfect place to live! There is also a bus that picks you up to take you places just a couple blocks down if you have transportation needs. Finally, I love the staff here! They are always so friendly and willing to help. We've had many light bulbs changed, and other things fixed and the maintenance guy is always happy to help. If you have a problem late at night, you can also call the on call person. University Manor make the residents a main priority!

Living here the last few years has been wonderful. There is security to get into the building and there is an on call person at all times. Mail is in the front of the builiding with your own personal key. They are quick to address any and all needs. Your utilities are included in your bill each month so you do not have to worry about prices going up and down each month. I love University Manor! I moved in just over a year ago, and couldn't be happier! 2 blocks from UNI, so I walk everyday. There is a convenience store a block away as well as the college hill.
