February 24, 2021I've been a resident of University Park for going on 2 years now, and it's just WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what it's worth. I am paying TOP dollar for my apt and I don't have close to top of the line appliances and amenities. Not well managed on top of everything.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management
April 9, 2016Great location, however the manager, Sara, is verbally abusive. I withdrew my reservation on an apartment due to her treatment towards me even though I really wanted the apartment. She also seems to consider tenants expendable as she remarked that she has 100s of other prospective tenants whom she can give the apartment to. It reflects poorly on the owners to hire an unprofessional manager who is unable to communicate respectfully with others.Review from Apartments.com
