Great Place close to Oakland University
September 7, 2022We moved in here 3 years ago when the new owners took over, they really made this place beautiful cause it was let go from previous owners. We looked it this place before but we passed due to condition it was in. We had some issues with the garbage disposal and dishwasher but it was addressed really fast, Maitnance guy is on site every day. Since we been here they put in a new parking, painted all the buildings outside and I can see them remodeling all the units as tenants move out, I’m nosy ...and I like to see what’s going on ? I would recommend this place to anyone, close to the Great Lakes Crossing, Oakland University, Downtown Rochester & Birmingham but not as expensiveRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
