I love my apartment. The gym isn’t the best. It’s difficult to schedule things like pest control the office seems a bit disorganized. The community as a whole gets really dark at night

You have stray dogs on the property. I’ve been bit in my belly by someone’s pitbull. My car was towed on the community because my tag was old but when I went to go discuss what was going on with me it told me I had time and then still turned around and told my car and charged me $400 to pick it up. put it outside for valley pick up.

There is free fume of marijuana inside the unit coming from the vent almost everyday. Reported already to the management and some just smoking it outside their unit.

It’s a very nice space to live in. Reasonable prices and maintenance and management is not hard to contact. I like all the updated appliances and amenities that it comes with. It makes work and home life easier. Very roomy for two people.
