The units are never kept clean. No matter how clean you are or how much you scrub the dirt and oldness of the unit will not come up. When I moved into the unit my furniture was damaged severely and nothing worked but the fridge and half of the stove. You will never receive your full deposit back no matter how much you clean the unit prior to moving out. Having proof regarding how the unit was left , pictures, money orders, etc., will do no justice for you. The property manager will go through ...
your mail and NEVER give you the mailbox key unless you hound her. She is known for being very irrational with residents and will yell at you. This is terrible place to stay because the property manager does not care about the property nor the privacy of her residents. The two previous comments are generated. Someone that actually lives in University Trails could testify with what I have said.

This small, close knit community is definitely a great place to live! I was able to connect with so many people when I lived here. Not too mention the apartment was super nice and had everything I needed!
