November 24, 2025When I moved into my apartment nobody cleaned it before I got there so there were just balls and clumps of hair all over my room, in the closet, bathroom had hair everywhere on the sink, in the tub and I had to do a deep clean beck had no idea what was happening. My bathroom sink is clogged and has been since I moved in I just haven’t had time to put a request in. So my over all experience hasn’t been to well. November 22, 2025Very fast with maintenance and very nice furniture. I haven’t had any issues with housing they have been very nice especially the people at the office. October 29, 2025It’s been good so far. The living spaces come nice, though better cleaning before you move in would be appreciated. The maintenance situation is not great though. I had a backed up tub and it was not draining for 3 days (I had to use my roommates) and they never came even after I called 2 times. That was a big issueProperty Manager Responded

October 14, 2025Overall, I would describe my time here as quite positive. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. I appreciate the modern amenities, like in-unit laundry and a fully equipped kitchen, which make day-to-day living much easier. The layout is functional, and I love the natural light that streams in through the windows. The management team has also been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. Any maintenance requests I’ve put in have been addressed ...promptly, which is a big plus for me. One of the highlights has been the sense of community here. I've met some friendly neighbors, and there are even social events held occasionally, which helps foster connections. October 6, 2025One of the main reasons for choosing UV was the shuttle bus; it's mentioned on the website that the bus works till 6 pm, but that doesn't seem to be true. This is causing such a huge inconvenience for me. The only thing I like about UV is that everyone who works in the front office is helpful.Review from Apartments.com
