January 2, 2026Welcoming community with friendly staff and stores within walking distance. There's been some issues with the apartment shuttle, but I hear it's being looked at over break and I'm hoping that'll be more reliable. December 8, 2025My overall experience with University Village has been mixed. On one hand, they’re usually pretty decent about responding to emails and maintenance requests. Communication isn’t perfect, but they do get back to you in a reasonable amount of time, which I appreciate. However, I had ongoing issues with their pet-screening process, especially regarding my emotional support animal. Even after providing the proper documentation, I felt like they weren’t truly listening or understanding what was ...already submitted. There were moments where it seemed like they didn’t fully grasp or respect HIPAA guidelines, and I had to repeat myself or explain things that should’ve been handled more carefully and professionally.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2025When I moved into my apartment nobody cleaned it before I got there so there were just balls and clumps of hair all over my room, in the closet, bathroom had hair everywhere on the sink, in the tub and I had to do a deep clean beck had no idea what was happening. My bathroom sink is clogged and has been since I moved in I just haven’t had time to put a request in. So my over all experience hasn’t been to well. I have had to order uber multiple times to get to school on time because the bus would ...randomly shut down. But I understand stuff like that pops up.Property Manager Responded
