October 14, 2025Overall, I would describe my time here as quite positive. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. I appreciate the modern amenities, like in-unit laundry and a fully equipped kitchen, which make day-to-day living much easier. The layout is functional, and I love the natural light that streams in through the windows. The management team has also been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. Any maintenance requests I’ve put in have been addressed ...promptly, which is a big plus for me. One of the highlights has been the sense of community here. I've met some friendly neighbors, and there are even social events held occasionally, which helps foster connections. Overall, my experience in this apartment has been quite enjoyable, and I’m looking forward to continuing my stay here.Property Manager Responded

October 6, 2025One of the main reasons for choosing UV was the shuttle bus; it's mentioned on the website that the bus works till 6 pm, but that doesn't seem to be true. This is causing such a huge inconvenience for me. The only thing I like about UV is that everyone who works in the front office is helpful.Review from Apartments.com

October 3, 2025Overall very quality. I’m close to very convenient places like ruler, best buy, and fast food. My roommates have been great and the apartment hadn’t had any maintenance issues yet.
