March 8, 2026Been here a little while and it’s honestly been a good place to live. Maintenance usually gets things fixed pretty quick and the location is really convenient. It’s mostly quiet around here too. The train nearby can be a little loud sometimes, but overall I’ve had a pretty good experience living hereProperty Manager Responded

January 26, 2026I really like this place! Love the gym, pool, pretty club house, trash compactor and valet. Love the apartment, too. The washing machine that came with the apartment is pretty bad. No matter the detergent or amount of clothes in there, some of the clothes will still come out dirty. It also stinks, and we leave it open when it’s not being used to air out. The dryer is fine. The smoke detector goes off nearly every time I open the oven while it’s on, even without any food being in it and no smoke. ...Overall a good experience!Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Pretty happy here! Staff is friendly, Maintenance staff is awesome! Neighbors are friendly and it feels like a community. It's kept clean. January 22, 2026I moved in into a one bedroom apartment here at upland apartments, so far it’s been very nice. The staff has s very friendly and helpful when ever you need anything. The apartment is comfortable and nice, parking is always available any time I get home. The s place has an elevator if you don’t want to walk up and down stairs,Review from Apartments.com

December 18, 2025I love it at the Upland, only bad thing is the weed smokers, but some of them are respectful, it seems to just be one or two that arent. Great staff, maintenance is always available, and the views are gorgeous.Property Manager Responded
