Parking here is terrible! Especially if you live in buildings 100 and 200. There isn’t enough parking. They don’t keep the hallways neat.I notice the only hallways that are cleaned are the 2nd and 3rd floor since those are what guests see first. 4 and up look terrible and have bugs and spiderwebs all over the light fixtures. I wish they had some kind of fob for the gate instead of using your phone.

Maintenance checks seem more frequent than necessary. We had fire sprinkler and extinguisher inspections, then another maintenance check just a couple weeks later. why couldn’t have been done at the same time instead of residents having to rearrange their schedules multiple times. An upstairs plumbing problem flooded my apartment, and I had industrial fans running in my unit for a week straight, which was loud and disruptive. For all that inconvenience, I received a $150 credit. I’m also still ...
dealing with the insurance process from that incident, which has been frustrating and time-consuming. I understand the apartment complex may not be responsible for handling the claim directly, but better communication and guidance would have gone a long way. The staff has always been polite, but I think there needs to be more consideration for residents’ time and a better process for handling situations like this.

We really loved living at this apartment overall. The unit itself was great, the location was convenient, and for most of our time here we had a good experience. The reason for the 4-star review instead of 5 is how management handled ongoing issues with our upstairs neighbors’ dogs. We made multiple complaints over time because dog urine was regularly dripping onto our porch, and running/barking late at night. Unfortunately, despite being told the issue would be addressed, nothing really ...
changed. Aside from that frustrating situation, we genuinely enjoyed living here and appreciated many aspects of the community. I just hope management improves communication and follows through more consistently when residents raise concerns.

Nice clean apartment with modern features and great amenities, plenty of parking and nice views. Pool and gym is very nice and the gated parking lot is very safe with well light areas.

Been here a little while and it’s honestly been a good place to live. Maintenance usually gets things fixed pretty quick and the location is really convenient. It’s mostly quiet around here too. The train nearby can be a little loud sometimes, but overall I’ve had a pretty good experience living here

I really like this place! Love the gym, pool, pretty club house, trash compactor and valet. Love the apartment, too. The washing machine that came with the apartment is pretty bad. No matter the detergent or amount of clothes in there, some of the clothes will still come out dirty. It also stinks, and we leave it open when it’s not being used to air out. The dryer is fine. The smoke detector goes off nearly every time I open the oven while it’s on, even without any food being in it and no smoke. ...

Pretty happy here! Staff is friendly, Maintenance staff is awesome! Neighbors are friendly and it feels like a community. It's kept clean. The only complaint is really for the city of Emerson, who needs to install a traffic light at the entrance of the neighborhood.

I moved in into a one bedroom apartment here at upland apartments, so far it’s been very nice. The staff has s very friendly and helpful when ever you need anything. The apartment is comfortable and nice, parking is always available any time I get home. The s place has an elevator if you don’t want to walk up and down stairs,
