Not a good place
June 6, 2021If I could give them zero stars , I would. I have been living here since December 2020. when I first moved in, the kitchen sink would flood and lead to the dishwasher and drain onto the floor. After that, once it got cold during the winter my heat wasn't working and I had to wait a week before someone came and fixed it. thats not all, the paint in my bathtub is peeling horribly and all maintenance did was take a picture. When the floor in my bathroom behind the toilet gets wet, the water sinks ...through the floor and leaks onto the countertop in the kitchen . Here we are now in summer and my A/c isn't working . I put in numerous work orders for things to be done around my apartment and sadly they haven't been done. I've gone almost a month in the heat of my home without any A/C with a toddler in the home. This is completely ridiculous. Considering that I called the office and put in 3 work orders, I call 2 days after to check on my work order and they only put one work order in(A/C) . it's so many things wrong with my apartment it's ridiculous and I can tell that management doesn't care about the problems in your home. They seem money hungry to me , want rent paid but can't fix any issues with the unit. Will not renew my lease come December!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 18, 2020I've had sooooooooooo many issues while living here!!!! I am currently stuck here trying to move, working on an issue they have put on my credit! They put a false eviction/force moved on my background for a unit that I've never lived in! I have ever lived in the unit that was evicted and I am currently here, so how am I evicted. I also, I have had my money orders (rent stolen) twice by agents in the rent office and had to pay Western Union myself to track them with a receipt from them saying I ...paid and my receipts from the actual money order. My apartment has been flooded with everyone in the units water in my kitchen and living room (sink, toilet and tub)!!! The floors have pilled from this and I had to throw out so much of my personal items because of mold and so many roaches afterwards!!! I have requested someone to look at the lights in my bathroom! physically stopped maintenance myself and still no lights in my bathroom for almost a year now! Imagine not being able to see yourself in the mirror, having to use the bathroom with no lights when you are paying Ga Power for them! So many issues here! I've literally seen 6-7 apartment managers and about 20 different employees in the office (I believe they are temps, the faces change every 2 months) and no one gives a dang! Inexpensive but at a cost
September 8, 2016Police are in the neighborhood due to unruly neighbors or domestic disputes at least once a week. Security isn't working at night despite claiming 24 hour security. Trash everywhere in common areas; have gotten two nails in my tires in this neighborhood in less than a year. Takes maintenance stupid amounts of time to take care of issues. It is cheap for rent though. Get yourself an alarm system, pick up all of the seemingly endlessly accumulating trash in front and behind your unit, and take ...care of any unit maintenance yourself... you will love it here if you follow those simple steps.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Dishonest Management
November 3, 2015If you are looking to move here please don't!! Run the other way!! I was locked into a 15 month lease which was fine at first. Then they changed management and things went down hill. II received a notice saying that my lease was up and did I want to do a month to month or renewrenew, if not I needed to put in writing 30 days prior that I wanted to leave. I sent them my notice Aug 5,2015. My lease ended Sept 5. I called to make sure they got it, they told me they received it. I turned my keys in ...September 8th due to the holiday. And I just received a notice from creditors that I owe 648. I called and tried to work out the issue with management, and they said it's supposed to be 60 days noticed. They said if I don't have the notice stating that about the 30 days then I have to pay.
