Complete waste of time
August 27, 2021Had an appointment to view an apartment. Time passed and no sign of leasing manager. Called the property realty twice and they can’t get a hold of him. I drove an hour for nothing. If you have a scheduled appointment it is your job to be there. Completely unprofessional and will not even bother to reschedule.Review from Apartments.com
Don't move in!
January 29, 2021Lived here for about 3 years and we decided we wanted to move. Ever since we declined to re new the lease the office keeps picking on us! Making us pay a charge for the maintenance man to do his job and he doesn't even fix the problem! They watch the camera to see trash fall out of a car but can't watch the camera when there are vehicles stolen from the property. They try to show my apartment while my child and I are in the apartment where e don't even move of for like 3 more months. Do not move ...here! Stay away if you can
February 26, 2020I have lived here for almost 2 years. In the beginning everything was quiet and fine. In the last few months. They pick you apart for everything. Lie about agreements they make. And are kicking us out because of an altercation where my ex showed up without warning and threatened and pushed me around causing my nail to break and start to bleed. They go off what they say on cameras not the true story. I tried to talk to the owners and they blow you off. They pick on kids playing outside. Want to ...show your apartment when in reality they are giving us a month to move and sent us a big screw you email like our tenancy doesn’t matter. The guy that runs the office here has been nothing but rude and when I complained I than started to be picked on for every little thing. No compassion. No caring and even once I went on vacation and had my door look like someone tried to kick it in. They came to “fix” it and honestly one swift kick and anyone could get in. August 6, 2015Management really has customer service going on. Any thing that needs fixing or replacing is taken care of, right away. Landscaping and buildings look good. Rent price is competitive to other apartments/condos in our area. Considering the size of our place and amenities, it's good value. Upland Village
August 7, 2015Upland Village apartments through Spring Hill Realty is great! The people in the offices are super nice and helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond to all requests. The neighbors in my building are great. Snow removal is really fast and efficient. There is a place for outgoing mail, but it's not very convenient. That's the only thing I really don't like about it. I've lived here for two years in an apartment and two years in a condo, and I intend to stay as long as I can!Review from Apartments.com
