September 25, 2015This building is located at the heart of amazing Upper Montclair, right on Valley Road. The location is absolutely perfect, near specialty foods and stores, small boutiques and wonderful restaurants. The rent is super affordable and includes water and heat. Friendly neighbors and although the building is a bit older, it has its charm.Review from Apartments.com
