March 16, 2026I absolutely love living here. It’s safe, people are so kind, and it’s really close to everything. I’ve never had any issues and the one time we hit a bump in the road management was so quick to get it resolved. I actually love living here so much I broke up with my partner just so I could keep living here. The building is super energy efficient, this is the least amount I’ve ever paid for utilities. And the time my air conditioner broke everyone was so accommodating so that we didn’t melt ...waiting for a fixed unit. This place is seriously amazing. I do not wish to live anywhere else. January 8, 2026I haven’t lived in an apartment since the late 1980’s when I bought my house in WA. After retirement some opportunities for continued employment came up in Utah so we moved. I was hesitant to rent an apartment as decades of police work had soured my view of apartment dwelling both with residents/management and owner.
