September 27, 2024The location of this building is fantastic, with Giant directly across the street and Metro a short walk away. Plenty of good eats within a few hundred feet, too. Staff is very friendly and accommodating; concierge promptly notify of new deliveries and maintenance responds to and addresses issues within a day, typically. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience is not so great. The access card for the parking garage occasionally does not work and needs to be manually reset. Noise on the top ...floor is absolutely insufferable—there are a few AC units above my apartment and the noise is literally constant during summer. Maintenance has been notified but the issue remains unresolved. It drives me crazy and is the only truly deal-breaking aspect of living here. If you're getting an apartment on the top floor, make sure listen carefully for any noise, preferably during the warmer months.Property Manager Responded
