I don't know what changed in 2026, but we have not had a day without apartment-shaking banging in the apartment above ours all year. We moved to Upstairs back in 2023, and we never had issues with noise from the upstairs neighbors until early 2026. I have contacted management several times this year and constantly receive different excuses, but nothing is ever done to fix the issue.

Clearly there were people up there, because the apartment was quite literally shaking because of their thumping and banging.
It is now September, and we are still hearing and feeling the constant thumps and bangs happening at nearly all hours of the day above us. I still have no idea why it started, what they are doing upstairs, or why Upstairs management is doing nothing about it despite repeated complaints. Anyone who enjoys peace in their own living space should definitely rethink living here.
