About Uptegrove Apartments
Great apartment complex that is under new ownership/management effective November, 2018. Great two bedroom apartments less than 2 miles from Whiteman Air Force base. Apartments feature huge bedrooms that are approximately 13x11 feet. The living room is also huge at approximately 16x11 feet. The large eat-in-kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, and dish washer. You will not be disappointed when you see the size of this apartment. There is also an in-ground pool that is open during summer months. There is a laundromat on site for your convenience. Apartments are across the street from the beautiful Knob Noster State Park. Cats are allowed with a non-refundable deposit of $300. There is an additional monthly pet fee of $10 a month. Water is only $25 a month. In order to keep a quiet environment for your neighbors, dogs are not allowed. Storage rental units are also available.

My apartment
August 9, 2015My apartment is Great!! But it does have its ups and downs just like anywhere else. I love that we have a pool but wish they would clean it more. And wish the apartment manager wasn't so rude at times when you call and tell her something isn't working in your apartment that's all. Other then that I Dont mind it because its a place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Great for saving!
August 16, 2015living here is a great idea if you want to save a little a month. It is also down the street from a state park, so if you want to go for a nice walk, or bike ride or even fish, this is the place to be. There's not much else in the area except that, which means it is quiet at times.Review from Apartments.com
